Tamaraw Beach, Puerto Galera – Ideal Beach For Families

We just came back from a short summer trip where we discovered a great beach for families. The resort is called Tamaraw Beach Resort and it can be found in the Puerto Galera, off the coast of Batangas in the Philippines. Puerto Galera used to be the destination for many beach lovers until it became overcrowded. That is why we were pleasantly surprised with what awaited us at Tamaraw Beach.

Stay Safe At The Beach

Though it is far from summer yet, some families are already heading off to beaches in the tropical parts of the world. At any time of the year, there is always somewhere to go if your family gets a hankering for the beach. In less than a week, actually, we are going to hit the beach for several days of R & R. Baras Beach Resort – Your Own Private Island

Well, it depends on when you plan on visiting. During our stay, there were only a few visitors so most of the time, it felt like it was ours. Actually, they only have 8 cottages that they rent out so even if they are fully booked, there are still relatively few people on the island.
You may be thinking that it is quite a long way to travel – perhaps yes, but the island and its surroundings are worth it. In fact, most of the people we met there come from Europe, Australia, and the US. Based on our experience, the travel is well worth it!

Year-end at Guimaras, Philippines

We were fortunate enough to have a short break at the end of December and we decided to go to an island – or a group of islands, rather – with a several other couples. Guimaras is a cluster of islands in the middle part of the Philippines and it is known best for its sun ripened mangoes.
December is not the season for these delicious fruits, though, so we had to settle for the wonderful beaches and pristine waters – I am not complaining one bit!

It was the first time we took our two kids, ages 5 and 2 on a proper family holiday abroad without any help to speak of, so when when it came down to choosing the best hotel in Bali, the Westin Nusa Dua seemed like the perfect choice. The name itself is synonymous to beaches and tropical paradise. The Bahamas would usually be heard for people who are in need of a well-deserved vacation. More so, people may be saying it but do not actually know what is really special about the Bahamas being the word of mouth today.
