Easter Holidays in the UK

In the last post, I wrote about some Easter vacation ideas for families in the US. Of course, the US isn’t the only country that celebrates this holiday – our cousins across the ocean do so as well! Here are some great holiday ideas in the UK. Whether you live in Britain or not, it is always worth traveling to that part of the world for a break.
Tour the countryside in a camper van
You do not need to own one in order to do this – there are plenty of camper van rentals all throughout the UK. The best thing about renting a camper van is that you get to explore the land without having to pay extra for the lodging! I think one of the best places to roam around in a camper van would be the Scottish Highlands. Visit Campers Scotland for more information.
Glide along the canals
If you don’t feel like driving around then why not try an alternative? Cruise various parts of the UK on the water. It is not just about being on the water but slowing down and enjoying the scenery. Of course, there are stops along the way, making the experience a varied one. Canal Holidays offers great deals this Easter.
Stay at a hotel
Of course, there is always this go to plan – book a hotel room (or two) and spend your Easter break away from home. The UK does not lack for charming and historic towns which have hotels or B&Bs which are just as historic and charming.
